PITTSBURGH, PA — March 16, 2026 — CV Engineering announced the appointment of Phillip Irvin, CPA, MBA, as Chief Financial Officer & Controller, effective March 16, 2026. Based in the company’s Pittsburgh office, Phillip brings more than 25 years of financial management experience in project-based organizations across the construction and engineering industries.
As CFO & Controller, Phillip oversees CV Engineering’s financial and accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and long-term financial planning. He also partners with the company’s leadership team to support strategic decision-making and strengthen the financial foundation needed to sustain CV Engineering’s continued growth.

Phillip has led U.S. and global teams within the construction and engineering industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA, and is an active Certified Public Accountant.
