PITTSBURGH, PA — March 30, 2026 — CV Engineering announced the promotion of Sharat Gottumukkala to Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice, effective March 30, 2026. In this expanded role, Sharat will lead global operations while assuming broader responsibility for corporate strategy execution, organizational scalability, operational performance, and cross-regional alignment.
As COO & EVP, Sharat will work closely with executive leadership to strengthen operational excellence, align teams and resources across regions, and drive consistency in execution as CV Engineering continues to evolve.

Sharat joined CV Engineering in 2005 and brings two decades of experience in engineering management and project execution. His expertise includes engineering management, construction coordination, and plant layout design, with particular experience supporting mini mills and projects across the heavy metals industry. Throughout his career with CV Engineering, he has contributed to complex industrial projects and the development of the company’s operational capabilities.
