PITTSBURGH, PA —April 7, 2025— CV Engineering has launched EAi Technologies, a new subsidiary focused on industrial automation, electrical engineering and precision automation cabinet manufacturing. The company expands CV Engineering’s ability to provide integrated solutions for complex industrial facilities, particularly within the steel, metals, utilities and manufacturing sectors.
Founded in 2025, EAi Technologies was created to address the growing need for specialized automation and electrical systems that connect engineering design with reliable plant operations. The company provides services throughout the project lifecycle, including pre-engineering, detailed electrical and automation engineering, control cabinet design and assembly, testing, software development, and field commissioning support.
EAi Technologies designs and manufactures automation and electrical systems including motor control centers, variable-speed drive systems, controller and I/O cabinets, operator panels and junction boxes. Its engineering capabilities also include electrical documentation, cable routing, automation hardware selection and software solutions supporting leading platforms such as Siemens, ABB, Rockwell and Schneider.
