Based in Pittsburgh, Phillip brings more than 25 years of financial management experience in project-based construction and engineering.
In his new role, Phillip oversees financial and accounting functions including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and long-term planning. He partners with company leadership on strategy and on building a strong financial foundation for continued growth.
