TARCENTO, ITALY — February 1, 2024 — CV Engineering marked an important milestone in its international growth with the acquisition of F.R.E.E. SAS and the establishment of Italian operations in Tarcento through CV Designers SRL. This expansion strengthened CV Engineering’s multidisciplinary capabilities and established a permanent presence in Europe.
F.R.E.E. SAS was founded in 2011 by Fabio Rattighieri, who brings more than 18 years of engineering experience. The company supported industrial and commercial environments through electrical and electronic engineering, design engineering, feasibility studies, construction and installation assistance, supervision, tendering, market research, and support for new and revamping projects.
F.R.E.E.’s electrical engineering capabilities complement CV Engineering’s existing services, adding technical depth and local expertise. Following the acquisition, F.R.E.E. SAS became part of CV Engineering through CV Designers SRL, based in Tarcento in northeast Italy.
Fabio Rattighieri, the founder and owner of F.R.E.E. SAS, now leads the Italy operations. His continued leadership provides continuity for clients while preserving the industry knowledge, relationships, and local expertise that have defined the company’s work.
